AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott Reston is a striking, first of its kind, dual-brand hotel project. Located directly adjacent to the pedestrian entrance of the Reston Town Center Metro Silver Line station, the hotels are an integral part of the new mixed-use Reston Town Center expansion, an extension of the renowned Reston Town Center. The project encompasses 147 AC Hotel guest rooms and 120 Residence Inn suites, complemented by 11,300 square feet of meeting and event space, a spa-style indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, SEVEN—a full-service restaurant—and SYN, an all-season rooftop bar and lounge. AC Hotel & Residence Inn Reston is the premier hotel in this submarket and will service the many private-sector and government tenants in close proximity.

Donohoe’s seamless approach to development and a fully integrated suite of companies won the competition to ground lease, develop, construct, and operate the AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott Reston.
