Now in the approvals process, The Gallery of Bethesda will be an important part of the resurgence of Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. The project will replace older commercial offices and surface parking lots. The two phases will total approximately 450 apartments and more than 15,000 SF of retail, including cafe and restaurant opportunities. The project also includes a pedestrian street or mews, public art, and a variety of green amenities.
