This mixed-use development, with restaurants, retail, office space and an Embassy Suites hotel, is located directly above the Friendship Heights Metro station. Chevy Chase Pavilion is credited with consolidating high-end retail along the Wisconsin Avenue corridor in Friendship Heights. Donohoe was the first to bring to the D.C. area such favorites as California Cheesecake Factory (the first location outside of Los Angeles).
