The dual-branded Hampton Inn and Suites and Home2 by Hilton is being constructed adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center which is undergoing a $1 billion expansion.  The Hampton Inn & Suites will offer 150 guestrooms, while the Home2 Suites will have 100 well-appointed guest suites. The hotels will share common amenities including a lobby, dining facilities, a cocktail lounge, pool, exercise rooms, a business center, and registration desk. Scheduled to open mid-2020, the hotel is well-positioned to capitalize on Las Vegas’ development renaissance that includes the Oakland Raiders moving to Las Vegas and Elon Musk’s company building an underground transit loop to move convention attendees in and around the center.  In addition to managing this property, Donohoe has a minority interest in the joint development venture.
